Admission into Year 7 in September 2026

Application deadline Friday 31st October 2025 via your Local Authority.

National Offers Day is 2nd March. You will receive an offer of a secondary place directly form the local authority in which you live.

For summer born children, to be admitted outside of their normal age group, please send your request to [email protected] for consideration.

If you have been offered a place at Riddlesdown Collegiate:

Congratulations! You must now accept or decline the place through your local authority by 16^th March 2026

If you have not been offered a place at Riddlesdown Collegiate:

We hope you are happy with the school that you have been offered. If, however, you wish to appeal the decision not to offer a place at Riddlesdown Collegiate, please see information Arrangements for Appeal on how to submit an appeal for a place in Year 7. The appeal form can be found HERE

Please note Riddlesdown Collegiate is unable to answer any queries about the waiting list until the list is received from the local authority at the end of March 2026.
