With exam season upon us, many students will be faced with signage to be mindful of others who are taking exams. I would like to draw you to a campaign run by Papyrus  in 2018, which the image refers to.

We would like to encourage students that even though they are faced with this request to keep quiet, the best wellbeing tip is to talk.

Talk about the stress you feel,  talk about how the pressure is making you think, and talk about the pressure you are under because chatting to a good friend, family member or a tutor can help get things out of your system. Asking for help is not embarrassing or shameful. 

Your Tutors or senior tutors will also know what to do in cases where stress is having a significant negative impact on your mental health. You don’t have to go through it alone!
