Year 13 students visited Fidelity International recently to explore the impressive range of apprenticeships available to school leavers this year and the impressive grounds and facilities on offer.

During the visit, presenters emphasised that applicants do not need A‑level Maths to apply and highlighted the wide variety of pathways on offer. Opportunities span several areas of the business, including law, estates, client services, technology, and investments, giving students a clear sense of the diverse routes into the industry.

The trip offered valuable insight into the different careers available and the skills students can develop through an apprenticeship at a leading global organisation like Fidelity International.

Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to join you on the trip to Fidelity. I found it very interesting and it has definitely opened my eyes to applying to apprenticeships in Finance (especially Fidelity!). I genuinely found every single aspect of today so useful, especially getting to speak to apprentices who gave helpful advice and answered all of our questions.
