The Year 10 boys football team progressed to the quarter finals of the English Schools National Cup on Friday, following a 1-0 win over Howard of Effingham. Over 600 schools entered this competition and they now face Collingwood School from Woking in the last 8. 

They have also reached the English Schools Elite National Cup semi-finals. The standard of this competition is more competitive, but with less rounds. Schools are allowed to play as many pro academy club players in their team. Less than 100 schools enter this competition as the standard is very high. The boys will travel to Northampton after half term to take on the current National Champions.
